Horsens Museum archaeologist Lars Pagh: The kings Horsens

Already in the early Middle
Ages, Horsens was an important city with great significance for the king. The
city is called “a small beautiful town” in a Norman atlas from the
12th century, and even at that time, the king minted coins in the city. Come
and listen as Lars Pagh tells about the market town of Horsens in the Middle
Ages. Hear about the king as a builder, what traces of the king’s presence
can be found in the city, and what significance the king had for the city.
