    Information regarding Goods & Activities

    The festival needs information regarding your stall for the festival program. It needs to be as accurate as possible. PLEASE NOTICE: All of your goods, food and the way you present your stall and/or tent, needs to be representing medieval times within the historical period of 1050 to 1536. We do not accept goods and stuff from other periods such as the vikingarea. It is NOT allowed to sell sharp weapons or anything made out of modern materials such as plastic!

        We acknowledge that everyone can carry medieval weapons at Horsens Medieval Festival. We also allow exhibiting and selling weapons at the festival. However, this must be done by entering into a purchase agreement with the customer and handing over the weapon after the event. It is up to the individual to comply with Danish weapons laws, and international laws of import and export of weapons. The festival reserves the right to make spot checks.

        Accommodation & Parking

        Do you and your staff sleep in your tent/stall?(Required)
        NOTICE: It is only allowed for 2 persons to sleep in a stall at a time. It is NOT allowed to sleep in the car at the parking area.
        Do you need a parking spot at the stallholders parking?(Required)
        NOTICE: We cannot guarantee a parking spot to everyone. However, if you have ticked “YES” in the above boxes, we will try our best to find you a spot at the closed parking area for stallholders.

        I hereby give my consent that Horsens Kommune is allowed to treat my information given in this information sheet. The collected information from this sheet is only to be used for the purpose of Horsens Medieval Festival 2024
        Thank you for your interest in our festival!

        Now that we have gathered all the information, we will evaluate each application. The festival assesses all applications, and reserve the right to decline any application if it does not fit the production of the festival. We reserve the right to decline a stall or camp if we believe that said stall doesn’t meet our standards in terms of being historical correct (within the period of 1350 – 1536). The festival hopes to present as broad a spectrum of goods and events as possible. This means that some stalls may be rejected if a large number of the same type of goods are submitted.
