Opening procession

The grand opening procession is
a steadfast tradition at Horsens Medieval Festival. The mayor, the city
council, and all the important dignitaries will be there, along with the
festival’s performers, stallholders, and volunteers. The procession will journey
from Fussingsvej at the main entrance through the festival grounds to the
knights’ arena where Mayor Peter Sørensen will deliver a speech and declare
the festival open.
