Europæisk Middelalder Festival 

Information for stall holders

It's almost time to sign up for EMF 2017. 

The next festival will be held on August 25 and 26, 2017 inside and outside the walls of the former state prison (FÆNGSLET). Opening hours are: Friday from 16-23 and Saturday from 10-23.

You apply by filling out an application form and send it via the website. You will find the application form at the top of the menue.   

We especially welcome authentic craftsmen practicing crafts that were part of the heritage of the Middle Ages, such as calligraphy, book binding, leatherwork, jewellery, pottery, glasswork, woodworkers, painting, armourers, and costumers.

We kindly ask you to read the festival regulations before you fill in the application form.

The Festival has the right to reject applications if:
- The application has not been completed correctly
- The stallholder does not attach or send in pictures of the stall and all goods 
- The stallholder does not comply with the festival's rules and regulations 
- The Festival receives multiple applications from stallholders offering the same goods
- The application has been sent after February 13, 2017

Stallholders who have not participated in the Festival before, are requested to send in photos of their stall and their full range of goods to Remember to attach your recipes if you intend to sell food at the festival.

Stallholders, who have been to the festival before, are requested to send in photos of any new goods.

The application form consists of several parts. It is, therefore, important that you click "next" until you reach the very last page, where you will be given the option to click "Send".

Company registration
All foreign stall holders need to be tax registered, and it is their responsibility to abide by the rules. We have to inform you, that SKAT may pay your stall a visit and have the option of closing your stall if you do not have sufficient legal documentation.
