The fee for a regular stall (without license) is 1,200 DKK for two days.
A deposit/fee of 1,200 DKK will be charged when the contract is signed. It is only possible to attend the Festival when the required deposit/fee has been paid. The deposit/fee will be deducted from the final invoice once the Festival is over. Enrolled participants who fail to come to the Festival without due cancellation or who cancel after a deadline specified in the contract (usually two weeks before the festival) cannot have the deposit/fee refunded.
Stallholders who have expenses exceeding the 1,200 DKK (for instance when renting a stall) will receive a bill for the remaining amount after the festival. The payment condition is 30 days netto. If the payment is late, additional fees and interests are added in accordance with current legislation. Stallholders with outstanding fees will not be allowed to participate in the festival until all fees are paid.
